SNAP Health System

You may have recently received an email from the SNAP Health Portal, the new system for the GISD health department. Please create a profile and opt-in for the standing orders, treatment, and transport. You must individually select each standing order you would like your child to have access to. This will allow us to properly care for your student while at school. We will always communicate with the parent when any medication is given, but authorizing treatment can help us take care of your child in case we are unable to reach the parent.

If you are unable to find the email, go to https://www.studentehr.com/ and select forgot password.

Treat and transport can be found under the Demographics tab. You need to edit the permissions under the subtab. If you have opted in, you should see two green check marks.

Standing order is located under "Medications." You need to select OTCs in the bottom right corner, next to "orders." It's a blue-colored button. After making your selection, click "done," and all the options selected will appear on the screen.
